Services - What can I offer you?

(A) Emcee Services

• o Conceptualization and development of event program
• o Script production
• o Hosting
• o Standard 3-4 song numbers. Number of songs can be discussed depending on program
• o Services can be done in English, Tagalog or Mandarin Chinese

(B) On The Day (OTD) Event Coordination services

This is done when clients have already signed contracts with their different suppliers but would like a professional team to oversee the execution of the arrangements and make sure everything will run smoothly and stress-free on the day of the event. We will be having a number of coordinators on site for execution.

• o Pre-event meetings with client
• o Ocular inspection in the event site(s) and coordination with client identified suppliers
• o Require the client to turn over all final contracts signed for review and follow ups
• o check the flow of the event program
• o On the day execution in event site (ex: for wedding - 1. bridal suite, 2. Church and 3. Reception)

There will be a DISCOUNTED PACKAGE if client avails of BOTH the Emcee and On The Day (OTD) Event Coordination services

Terms and Conditions

• o All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
• o No booking will be made unless a 50% deposit has been made, which will be non-refundable.
• o KV reserves the right not to give customers (who are vying for the same slot/date) feedback on the status of their bookings if they have not paid. KV will only respond to the customer who pays the downpayment first.
• o No pencil bookings allowed.
